Completing a Sale on Valor PayTech Mobile App

1. Tap the ☰ icon at the bottom right hand corner of the screen
2. Select Virtual TM from the pop-up menu
3. Enter the sale amount and tap NEXT option (circle with arrow) at the top right of the screen
4. Enter the card information and tap NEXT
5. Add tip amount (if applicable)
6. Select Receipt Delivery Type and tap NEXT to complete the sale

Settling a Batch on Valor PayTech Mobile App

1. Tap the ☰ icon at the bottom right hand corner of the screen
2. Select BATCH from the pop-up menu
3. Tap BATCH OUT from the pop-up menu
4. The app will ask if you want to settle the batch now
5. Tap SUBMIT

Process Refund on Valor PayTech Mobile App

You can also process a refund via Valor PayTech's linked dashboard.

1. Tap the ☰ icon at the bottom right hand corner of the screen
2. Select Virtual TM from the pop-up menu
3. Tap on the SALE box at the top left of the screen and choose REFUND from the drop-down menu
4. Enter the REFUND amount and tap the NEXT option on the top right.
5. Enter the card information and tap the NEXT option on the top right
6. Select Receipt Delivery Type and tap NEXT
7. Confirm the refund amount by tapping NEXT
