Doing a Partial or Full Download on a DejaVoo Z11 Terminal (Aura)

Prior to doing any file or terminal adjustments, it is strongly suggested you settle any open batches.

Completing a file download on a DejaVoo Z11 running Aura:

1. From the home screen tap ≡ on the bottom right hand corner of the screen
2. Tap Utility (if prompted the manager password is 1234)
3. Tap Software Download
4. Tap Connect
5. Tap the method you are using to connect to the download server (Ethernet, Dial, or WiFi)
6. Tap Full
7. Enter the Terminal Profile Number (TPN) given by your sales agent or support. If the number is already on the screen simply bypass this step.
8. Press the OK key on the terminal keypad.
9. Terminal will check the server to see if there are updates to download. If it finds updates, it will ask you to Apply Updates. 
10. Tap Yes to continue.
11. The device will now cycle through a reboot sequence.
